Incredible location just a 3-minute walk from Kitashinagawa Station. The private room I had was spacious with a big, comfortable bed. A handy desk. Staff were super attentive. they even helped carry my luggage up to the fourth floor. I appreciated their recommendations for nearby restaurants. However, the shared bathroom had long waits at peak times. The room lacked soundproofing, so sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms could be heard, which made it challenging for light sleepers. Despite these issues, the warm atmosphere and sense of community made it a memorable stay.

Rooms could be a bit cramped, making it difficult to maneuver with larger luggage!!! Shared sinks lack privacy and are not ideal for bathroom routines!!! An upgrade to the mattress comfort would be appreciated!!!

the shared bathroom was sometimes inconvenient for me but the staff were super nice and helpful they went out of their way to give local tips and even helped me with my bags. Also it was only a short walk to the station which was great (big plus! ), and the area had a lot of good food options.

i had such a lovely experience staying here, especially enjoying the short walk to try local restaurants and exploring the charming streets that lead me to the Shinagawa Shrine and Hozenji Temple, just a few minutes away, which made my urban excursions so pleasant.
